Aren’t these the cutest little cakes! Lamingtons originated in Australia. Sources says they were named after either Lord Lamington, who served as Governor of Queensland from 1896 to 1901, or his wife, Lady Lamington. They are a very easy cake to create and this vegan recipe tastes better than the original version.
This recipe is a vegan butter cake, chocolate sauce, coconut, simple buttercream and homemade strawberry jam.
