So I’m going to be adding a few savoury bakes to the classes to add some variety.
I have an incredible vegan quiche recipe. It’s eggy, creamy and has the most delightful pine nut pastry, you will be blown away. This recipe is seriously fancy restaurant quality. I named it a garden quiche because I’m using herbs and tomatoes from my garden.
This workshop will cover
- How to make a Pine Nut shortcrust pastry
- How to create a ‘egg’ like quiche filling and flavour with herbs and vegetables
- How to manipulate the recipe to make it originally your own
