This month we have the Vegan Cheese Expert, and business owner, Auda Finan is teaching us how to make two types of vegan cheeses.
We will be learning how to make Smokey Paprika flavoured cheese and a Pepper and Herb, Cashew, Macadamia and Hemp cheese. Auda is the founder of the New Zealand cheese brand Savour. Her cheeses are Award-winning, Artisan and out of this world!
PLEASE NOTE: If you’re making it with us on the day you will need to soak your nuts and seeds for 7 hours prior.
