Vegan french almond cream has loads of uses. This one BEST is in vegan pastries.
Vegan French Almond Cream
- 100 g vegan butter at room temp
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 100 g almond meal
- 20 g corn flour or chickpea flour mixed with 1 tbs soy milk
- Place butter and sugar into bowl and mix together using a spatular until combined and fluffy
- Add meal and chickpea milk and mix together until combined
