Caramel is my absolute favourite flavour. I can’t get enough of it. Which is why I went a little overboard with caramel for this recipe. The bundt cake is laced with a gooey coconut salted caramel sauce from Nature’s Charm. It’s caramel heaven and I LOVE IT. Tips For Making This Vegan Salted Caramel Swirl […]
Hey there, lovely baker! It’s getting close to Christmas time so I thought wouldn’t it be great to have a vegan cake decorator expert show us how to make a reindeer cake topper figurine. Introducing Sarah from Tiny Sarah’s Cakes! Sarah is an absolutely phenomenal cake creator and she runs one of the most popular […]
I’ve never really been a fan of vegan carrot cake, (or of any cake that contains sultanas). The texture of the grated carrot just didn’t have a great mouth feel and it would remind me of eating salad. However, roast carrot is a completely different story. It’s gooey, sweet and a little crispy all at […]
Article by Vegan Pastry Chef Ljubov Van Beek This is the first article that is part of a new series – Vegan Baking Science. We may not realise it but water is one of the most important ingredients when it comes to vegan baking – it changes the way other ingredients act in a product. Every […]
This cake is the 1st episode for my new cooking show VEGAN AROUND THE WORLD and is the only one available to watch for free.
Here is my no fuss gluten free vegan chocolate cake recipe. There are no weird baking ingredients, or special mixtures of 5 different gluten free flours.
So for all those peeps that have no idea how to make a simple vegan lemon curd, this is the recipe for you.
This is an amazing vegan ganache recipe that is SUPER easy and works every time.
My all-time favourite vegan cream cheese buttercream recipe. It’ll only take 15 minutes!
This is the recipe you wanna make when you have something to prove. Not only is it #vegan and gluten-free, and the cups are edible, it even has a gooey #chocolate sauce centre. It does take some time to whip this one up BUT HOLD ON, it’s pretty easy. You can even make it without […]
This is such a beautiful vegan cake for a dessert. Light, fluffy texture with cherries and that classic crumble on top makes this cake a delight to serve.
This cake is a MIRACLE! Only because I baked it 10 times and it failed and failed and failed. I was about to give up and then I added extra coconut cream and changed the vegan butter to vegetable oil. NOW it’s a glorious, tender, extremely delicious cake and it’s friggin vegan. This is the cake I would make for The Queen if she ever popped over for a nibble… actually probably not as I would have eaten it all before she arrived. She can get her own cake.
This is a crowd pleaser as peeps love the shiny pretty thing. It’s a little like jelly. Not sure if you’re into holiday season (I’m kinda meh) however this cake will please non-gender specific Santas and holy moly costumed peeps alike.
After making the dark chocolate mud cake, I wanted to make it white chocolate. White chocolate is a little hard with vegan recipes but this one is fabulous! Keep in mind this is very dense cake as it’s in the same style as a traditional mud cake.
Tempting, dark, brooding, what can I say?!? This cake is the perfect date. Get off tinder and get in the kitchen cause you will want this one all to yourself.
Ah what can I say…. this is technically a donut and french toast in one. It’s great if you have left over cake and you don’t know what to do with it or if you’re feeling crazy indulgent and wanna make something crazy good.
