Olga Mankova from My Plant Cake is joining us on the 27th of May to teach us how to make a Nut-Free Raspberry Ganache Cake! This cake is vegan, gluten-Free, soy-free, no refined sugar, no nuts, no seeds, no coconut oil and fully coconut-free is optional. Cake suitable for toddlers from 1 year old.

Highlights about this class:
- No oven needed. The cake is not baked (but not raw)
- It takes 30-60 minutes to make it + 10 minutes the following day for decoration
- The cake is a room temperature staple. It can stay on a birthday table for 2-3 hours
- No professional equipment needed – any blender that you have at home will work. You don’t needto have Vitamix. A hand blender is also good for this recipe.
