About Chef Ljubov van Beek
I am 32 years old, originally from Estonia but living in the Netherlands. I am doing a PhD in science education, which means I am super interested in science behind baking and specifically vegan baking.
My heart is given to shortcrust pastry – tarts of all sizes and shapes are my passion. My mission is to establish a haut vegan patisserie (high level vegan pastry) and to show others that you can achieve a very high level with good guidance and mentoring.
